BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATION TODAY!

The only affiliated methods for booking hotel rooms are via HotelMap website below.  If you are contacted by anyone else saying they are affiliated with our event, we recommend that you do not book with them.  While they may appear to offer special rates and discounts, unauthorised companies typically require non-refundable prepaid reservations, charge cancellation and change fees, and may move customers to alternative hotels without notice. We have even heard of instances where such offers are scams and reservations are never actually made. If you are contacted by anyone other than our official partners, please let us know immediately by emailing our customer service team.

Travelling to Malaysia

All Travellers to Malaysia

Covid-19 Procedures

From 1st August 2022, all travellers are allowed to enter Malaysia regardless of their COVID-19 vaccination status and do not require a pre-departure or on-arrival COVID-19 test. There are no quarantine orders related to COVID-19 enforced by the Malaysian Government upon arrival.

Travellers can download and activate the MySejahtera application* before or after arrival to Malaysia to indicate their COVID-19 risk status while staying in Malaysia. The COVID-19 risk status in MySejahtera may be checked upon entering premises.

Travellers who develop COVID-19 symptoms while in Malaysia should get tested and if found to be positive, are subject to the current protocol for positive COVID-19 cases as below.
Individuals who test positive for COVID-19 must undergo isolation via a Home Surveillance Order (HSO) for seven (7) days. Individuals can be released from isolation on the 4th, 5th or 6th day when they are asymptomatic and the result of an RTK Ag test supervised by a registered medical practitioner is negative. Discharge on the 7th day does not require any COVID-19 detection test.

Please continue to practice COVID-19 preventive measures while in Malaysia.

MySejahtera* – Important!

The Government of Malaysia introduced the MySejahtera app created to help monitor the Covid-19 situation in the country. All incoming travellers need to provide their travel details, vaccination information, and the result of a pre-departure test (only if non-vaccinated).

Click Here to read further information regarding the MySejahtera app and to download the Info Kit Travel documentation.

Pre-Departure Forms

The pre-departure form must be completed before arriving in Malaysia. Upon completing the application, every traveller receives a Traveller's Card. This card will be checked upon arrival in Malaysia.

The requirement to submit the pre-departure form applies to all travellers regardless of age. Children under 12 may be added as dependents to the form of their parents or legal guardians. Minor travellers aged 12 and older, who have their smartphones, can register for their own accounts via the MySejahtera app.

In the meantime, here are some of the measures we will have in place:

Physical Distancing

Events will maintain a maximum capacity and density of participants in accordance with relevant official government and regional guidance.

Health and Hygiene

The emphasis will be on encouraging good personal health and hygiene with additional handwashing and sanitation stations available. We will work with the venue to ensure we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the event.

All participants, partners and staff must abide by the health and safety procedures and protocols we put in place.

We will be communicating our health and safety standards, procedures and event guidance to all involved in advance and on the day of the event.

The Events Shield adds a further layer of best practice standards and guidelines, which will be applied across all Delinian events.
